Slow Sunday Stitching.

There hasn't been a lot of slow stitching happening here this past week. We had our annual Thanksgiving dinner at church today, so there was some time spent getting ready for that. What little slow stitching I did was spent on the English Paper Piecing octagons that I want to use in the centre of next year's stay at home round robin. I really like the fabrics in this but I don’t have enough of them to do anything else beyond the four complete blocks. Each block will contain four of the white background fabric octagons. And those 4 blocks won’t be big enough to do anything with on their own. It will eventually end up as a quilt for the Prayers and Squares group. I like the challenges these provide.

I’ll link up with the Slow Sunday Stitching gang at Kathy’s Quilts where there are lots of others doing slow stitching hand work.

I love reading all your comments, and am grateful for each one. I try very hard to answer them all, but lately I haven’t quite been able to answer all of them.
