It's been a lovely day here in the neighbourhood, and I've been outside for most of it, sitting and stitching and swinging on my new patio swing. Our old one stayed at our house when we sold it, so this was the year it got replaced. It's actually the only thing I miss from over there...... well, maybe the giant rose bush, too. We can't grow one here. It's too shady. Oh well, it's still the bestest place to live, ever!!
I enhanced my stash a small bit this week, due to the vendors market at the quilt show I went to on Friday. I didn't do a large amount of damage. However, there is another quilt show this coming week, as well, and I expect there will be further damage to my in numbers. But I don't care. It all gets used, and it's a lot of fun.
Used this week: 1.3 yards
Used this year: 33.1 yards
Added this week: 1.5 yards
Added this year: 34 yards
Net stash added: .9 yards
I'm linking up to Judy's Stash Report, Kathy's Slow Sunday Stitching and Angie's WIPs Be Gone. After I do that, and maybe blog browse a bit, it's back to more stitching.
I really, really like your version of all those I've seen online. Wow! Thanks for linking to WIPs Be Gone. Less than a yard growth is very good number to be at. Congrats!
ReplyDeleteLooking good, Cathy! I did some stitching in the sunshine today too...in the car!
