I did another pinwheel block in blues today. I am so really enjoying doing all of these different blocks for the Rainbow scrappy challenge. Why didn't I do this years ago? I hadn't actually expected to be able to get another one of these done today. I was supposed to be going to a quilt show planning committee meeting, but the meeting got cancelled due to the weather, so it was a free sewing and jammies day. I'm really excited and impatient to know what the colour for February will be? Will it be classic red for February? Here are all of my January blues blocks laid out together, eight 3 inch bow ties, nine 6 inch bow ties, nine triple four patch blocks, and the two pinwheel collection blocks.
I'm linking up to SoScrappy for the last of the January blues.
Not red, but I can't say more than that:) So many pretty blues! Glad you got so much done this month.
ReplyDeleteYou've got such a nice assortment of blocks in pretty, pretty blues.
ReplyDeleteI was hoping for red for Feb. too, but I'll have to wait with you to see the colour reveal. You've got a great assortment of blocks - especially the pinwheel ones!
ReplyDeletenice blocks there. nothing like an unexpected 'free' day to sew- I had one too!!
ReplyDeleteYou really got the blues haven't you. What a great assortment of blocks. I'm like you and eager to see what colour is next. I'm thinking it's pink - and I'm dreading it being pink cos I don't have much. Time will tell.
ReplyDeleteYou have a beautiful assortment of blue blocks. I'm anxious to find out next month's color too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice collection of blue blocks you have for your different projects. I also am anxiously waiting for the next color. The last three years have been purple, green and red. I'm guessing pink.
