Slow Sunday stitching

I’ve been working a bit more on my 1 inch jewel flowers. I have two more done.
Considering the interruptions of my slow stitching occurring today, that’s not too bad. Most of the interruptions involved our little grand daughter, so they were’t bad.
We’ve been working with our new laser cutter this past week, and one of the things we did was to design and cut an acrylic ruler to use with these one inch jewels. It is my new favourite tool for fussy cutting! This is what it looks like. Once we get our web site up and running, these will be available for sale, along with the papers for EPPing. We’re starting to get an inventory built up, and we’re also working out the nitty gritty things such as package sizing, how many pieces will be in each package and the pricing. We will be the Canadian source for all these things, in Canadian dollars, and Canadian priced shipping. All of which will be a huge savings from having to buy and ship from the States. In the meantime, I continue to enjoy the whole hand stitching quilting process while making these lovely rosettes. I’m linking up to Kathy’s Slow Sunday Stitching. After that, We’re going to watch a new series starting tonight about Queen Victoria.

I love reading all your comments, and am grateful for each one. I try very hard to answer them all, but lately I haven’t quite been able to answer all of them.
