Slow Sunday Stitching

I had hoped to finish up the Swans stitchery this past week, but that didn’t happen. There are 1 1/2 trees left to do and one small bit is the evergreen branches and it will be done. Hopefully this next week will do it and then it will be on to gridding the fabric for the next set of 3. Once I get this done I’ll un-hoop it, press it and get a really good picture. And then I can also measure it and see if I can order a frame for it online. There was a comment left last week about checking the thrift shops for frames, which is a great idea. I would likely have to modify any frame I found there to fit this piece though, and I don’t have the tools or expertise to do that, unfortunately.

I’ll link up to Kathy’s Slow Sunday Stitching and maybe finish this up today.

  1. You are almost at the finish line with your beautiful stitching, not long now.

I love reading all your comments, and am grateful for each one. I try very hard to answer them all, but lately I haven’t quite been able to answer all of them.
