We also recently needed the emergency room services because my husband broke a bone in his foot but also had a serious infection that required iv antibiotics everyday. This entailed visits to emerg every day to receive the antibiotics and to have the infection reassessed at each visit. This went on for more than a week and some days we had to wait a little longer and other days it was a fairly quick process.
